Today, the business operates one of the region's most comprehensive private health and fitness facilities, offering a state-of-the-art private gym equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, one of the largest Small Group Personal Training studios in the south-west of Ireland, a dedicated Pilates studio, a premium one-to-one personal training studio and an on-site physiotherapy suite.
